CakeTools does not require account registration. Because the platform is non-custodial, we do not collect names, email addresses, or government IDs as part of standard platform use.

We collect anonymized usage data — including pages visited, features used, and session duration — solely to improve platform performance. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.

How We Use Your Data

Anonymized usage data is used exclusively for product development, bug identification, and performance monitoring. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

CakeTools uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and remember wallet connection preferences. These cookies expire when you close your browser and contain no personally identifiable information.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect platform functionality, particularly wallet connection persistence and chart layout preferences.

Data Sharing

Usage data may be shared with infrastructure providers — including cloud hosting and analytics services — under strict data processing agreements. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.

Security

All data transmitted between your browser and caketools.io is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Platform infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified servers with continuous intrusion monitoring.

Smart contract interactions are processed entirely on-chain. CakeTools does not log transaction data beyond what is publicly visible on the relevant blockchain.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Submit requests to info@caketools.io — responses a info@caketools.io re issued within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

The platform uses TradingView for charting and WalletConnect for wallet integration. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. CakeTools does not control the data practices of these third parties.

Data Retention

Anonymized analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted. No personally identifiable data is stored beyond the duration of your active session.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform features or applicable law. The current version is always available at caketools.io/privacy, with the effective date clearly shown at the top.
