Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 1 January 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CakeTools platform at caketools.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and API integrators who interact with any part of the CakeTools exchange platform or associated services.

Permitted Use

You may use CakeTools solely for lawful cryptocurrency trading activities. You must not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited under applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.

Liability

CakeTools provides a non-custodial trading interface. The platform does not hold your funds and accepts no liability for losses resulting from market volatility, failed transactions due to network congestion, or errors in user-submitted wallet addresses.

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. Past performance of any asset traded on this platform does not indicate future results. You trade at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, design elements, brand assets, and content published at caketools.io are the intellectual property of CakeTools and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CakeTools' total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CakeTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or data loss, even if the possibility of such damages was disclosed.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates third-party tools including TradingView charting and WalletConnect. CakeTools does not control these services and accepts no liability for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Security

You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials. CakeTools will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Any request claiming to be from CakeTools that asks for this information is fraudulent.

Your Rights

You may stop using the platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Because CakeTools is non-custodial, there is no account to delete — your assets remain in your wallet at all times.

Changes to Terms

CakeTools may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced via the official CakeTools blog at caketools.io.
